Things that suck!

My list of things that suck this week:

1. My 9 year old having pneumonia and being admitted to the hospital with a temp of 105.3.
2. No sleep for two days and nights straight after 2 weeks of only sleeping about 3 hours each night.
3. Having to wake up every two to four hours to give the little sweetheart her medications and not sleeping much between because I'm worried I'll miss hearing the signs of respiratory distress.

I'M TIRED!!!

A hairy Welsh Mountain Gorilla

I can assure you she is not hairy, nor a Mountain Gorilla. She is unbearably Welsh when there is a rugby match between England and Wales, or when she is tired or is tipsy. Sometimes she gets so Welsh I cannot understand what she is saying! Why do Welsh people speak so quickly?

I can assure you she is not hairy, nor a Mountain Gorilla. She is unbearably Welsh when there is a rugby match between England and Wales, or when she is tired or is tipsy. Sometimes she gets so Welsh I cannot understand what she is saying! Why do Welsh people speak so quickly?

I've told her, I might be Welsh but I take on my old man's accent which happens to Mancunian...I stopped talking like a Welsh retard when I left School

I do not get unbearably Welsh when the rugby is on, I get perfectly reasonably Welsh. Unlike some people I could mention and English cricket

You wouldn't believe some of the fakers on here, Styxie-boy, really you wouldn't!

1. My wife being out of work
2. Hangovers
3. Being a day older
4. My taxes still not being done

That's about it. Most everything else in life is going well.

Things that suck for me this week?

* Bianca's habit of leaving wet towels on the bathroom floor
* Bianca's habit of letting my dogs sleep on her bed, so they think they should be allowed to sleep on my bed
* Being told that my mother is dying
* Bianca's habit of borrowing my laptop when I want it.

All in all, I'm kind of grateful for points 1, 2 and 4 for distracting me from point 3. Actually, I'm kind of grateful just to have Bianca around to irritate the hell out me right now.

Not really - it's been quite the fortnight for distressing things I don't want to hear. Some I can't do anything about, some I can do a lot about, I just need to decide what exactly I want to do. ps....Nat, hope your daughter feels better soon. My daughter was sick yesterday too, but she's 19 now so I just told her to suck it up. J/K

Thanks for all the well wishes. My daughter is starting to feel better-she still sleeps for about 18 hours out of the day but at least she can breathe now.....breathing is important.

1. People who sit back and *wait* for other people to do their work for them
2. People who can't say no, and feel obligated to the group as a whole to be successful (like me!!)
