They should invest in a safety net that surrounds the stage for his old ass! Laughing

Looks like the end of Aerosmith. Joe Perry should go on youtube and if there are any soundalikes in Bangladesh.

They were trying to keep it quiet, and to the general media it was (much like Journey's problems on Generations). However many of the die hards knew what was going on. I'm not one of them, but I have enough friends who are who have been telling me stuff for months. The tour was in trouble before it even started.

Joe Perry is already looking to reform the Joe Perry Project.

I'm not a big enough Aero fan to care, but it would just be another band trying to hang on for $$$. They did have a different singer on the Lightening Strikes album IIRC.

Looks like Joe is going to do his own thing instead and that's commendable.

Tyler was there for R&AHP it was Perry who was out replaced (decently I might add) by Jimmy Crespo. Actually aside from Lightning Strikes Whitford was gone for that album they had another rythm guitarist.

You're correct. I had them flip flopped.

Exactly and what's with the dope in the Socks hat grinning like he just sidled up to Tyler circa 1989?
Dude, if you're there with him, you're enabling and evidently encouraging a recovering addict to booze again but you got your prize photo opp next to Tyler. Too bad NOBODY would've known that was Tyler w/out the caption.

I think "people" will step in and force Tyler to straigten out (see Wood, Ron every Stones Tour since 1981) because the lucrative Aere$mith show MUST get back on the road.
They'll finish the new record in fall/winter and be back upon '10 release for a big summer tour.
