Yngwie's cover of Beat It

Bleh... I'm a fan of Yngwie, but this is pretty bad

I saw Soto and Yngwie open for Triumph back in 87.

IMO, Yngwie had a chance to break through commercially with Joe Lynn Turner and he fucked it up.



When Yngwie played with JSS, he drowned the vocals out. I never even knew Jeff was good. On the turner thing, the vocals were up in the mix, at least so I could hear it. Definite fan of Yngwie, just want him to be on songs, not just soloing. That happens sometimes, wish it happened more.

I've been a huge Yngwie fan since '85, I know him personally and used to moderate his official forum. But I gotta say, his remake of 'Beat It' is absolutely atrocious. WTF was he thinking?
