I suppose it depends on your taste in comedy. My lists would be exactly flip-flopped from what you posted....except maybe Adam Sandler...he's annoying.

All Jim Carrey does is make weird faces and say "Alrighty then." Not funny.

Will Ferrell ruined last night's episode of Eastbound and Down so that's what set me off on this.

Carlin is far from funny now

I used to HATE Jim carey based on his Pet Detective and Dumb&Dumber movies.
However after Liar Liar , it all changed. He is truly the Jerry Lewis of our time. Of course he has been in some crappy movies, but overall I think he is a great actor.

Adam Sandler may not be that funny but he is in a lot of funny movies.

Will Ferrel is either super funny or super boring. If you ever watch Old School you will see him at his best. But he was also in crappy movies like Talageda Nights and SemiPro.

Two "newer" comedians that I really like are Seth Rogen ( "Pineapple Express" is hilarious and so is Green Hornet) and Paul Rudd (check out "I love you Man" )

I thought the thread read, Canadians Who Are Not Funny.

I've always liked George Carlin, Sam Kinison, Billy Crystal, Robin Williams, Bill Murray, Martin Lawrence and Bill Cosby in the 70's.

Never have I cared for Red Foxx , Dave Chappelle, Ellen DeGeneres and Chris Rock.

I agree with Behshad about Seth Rogen, he's cracked me up in everything I've seen him in, loved Zac & Miri Make A Porno.

You just liked it cause it's as close you can get to renting a porno without having to go to the Adult section
