I'm dying and want your sympathy......

Yesterday I ran five miles in 90 degree heat, all downhill in the desert with no trees, no shade...I hadn't really trained properly and really pushed myself and it nearly killed me. Today I can't move. When I do finally get up it takes me ten minutes to walk down the hall....I have a fever and my lungs are very irritated from the dry air so everytime I move I cough which also hurts.....

Thanks for listening to my whining......anyone else in misery this weekend??

It's 103 here today with heat indexes in the 120 degree area. I've been drinking Blue Moon since 3 and I'm exhausted. But you don't see me looking for sympathy.
