Definitely insecurity!! If you are secure in yourself or your relationship then jealousy isn't an issue!!

even tho I checked control, insecurity does make more sense.

Definitely insecurity...and maybe a little mistrust mixed in.

interesting... jealously is tied into control and insecurity both. your jealous because of being insecure, but it also turns into a control issue at the same time, to make the other person feel guilty about whatever actions are being done to make you jealous??? Did I get that right...

I think you can be jealous of someone in a more postive way too...like a successful collegue who you admire...maybe jealous isn't the right word, but you know what I mean...I think.

right that you want to strive to be that other person, that to me would be more envy?

I never get Jealous so I can't find a reason to check an option...Too perfect I guess.
