We are allowed to do absentee ballot in Orange county for any reason, you don't even have to be ill or away. I don't know if that is a county thing or a Florida wide thing. I did absentee though just because the lines were over 2 hours at the early voting places and I figured today could be worse.

I was willing to wait as long as necessary, but it ended up being only 20 minutes.

I voted on Saturday. I waited about 40 minutes, but when I came out the lines were around the corner.

This is the way it is suppose to be - I will be curious to see what the percentages are. The public wants their voices to be heard and this is the way to do it.

The projected turnout here is 80% - that is unheard of!!!!!

Hard to even vote for this poll...as I've never waited for more than 1-2 minutes at my local polling place....

I have bad knees and standing in line does them in. Besides, at this point I really don't care who gets in. Either way, we're going to get screwed big time.
