The MLB sucks... and I don't care much for baseball in general. Why are there so many cheaters in our country in every walk of life? Sports do indeed reflect character ... baseball is our country's pastime and it's been ruined by cheaters... well guess what, so has our country. We've reached a critical mass of cheats, deadbeats, and scum that expect handouts and we're done, at least as we know it. Our national pastime is a nice microcosm of it all, really: Greed, cheating, lying, no accountability, sleaze...

Manny is a complete moron. My uncle does financial work for pro athletes (mostly MLB/minor leaguers with a few from other sports) and he said Manny, who was his client in the 90s, was the biggest idiot of any athlete he'd ever worked with (and that's saying a LOT). The only shocking thing about this is that it took this long for him to get caught.
