I give it a very high grade. 85-89 out of 100. A couple of songs are 10 material. To me 100 out of 100 is the first Boston album or something like that.

"If I Fall" is the best Journey song never recorded and gives you a sense of what might have been if Jon Friga didn't suck hairy cocks.

I'm really digging it. I'll be whipping up a review of my own within a few days. Not the best album of all time but definitely very good. Even my girlfriend likes it.

I wouldn't go 10 out 10 on it. I reserve that kind of score for the first Boston album, Journey Escape and Kiss Alive!

9 out of 10 range though for sure. On the MR scale I'd grade it 85 to 89. It's really good and a must get.

You can have a clunker on a 10 album as long as the rest of the material is really strong. Consider Lay It Down a "bonus track". I'm no Open Arms fan either, but it was a huge hit. Kind of like Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me" - I hate that fucking song with every cell in my body but can't deny how popular it was.

If I Fall's amazing, as is the rest of the album. I still think Jeff was wrong for Journey, but next time Neal wants the upcoming album to be a "rocker," this album should definitely be his blueprint. I love the moody style ballads he has on this album. One Day At A Time is the heir apparent to Hysteria

This album is almost as good as Cats & Dogs by Talisman which to me is a 100 Album.
