Very cool Ed! I'm kicking myself for never seeing them in concert. I've had tickets to concerts twice and gave them away both times. Crying or Very sad Paul's voice sounds SOOOOO rough now. It sounds like he swallows razor blades in his free time. I hope this new album sounds okay, but I don't have high hopes for it vocal-wise.

Well he is 60 fucking years old. He sang at an amazing level up until a few years ago. Still very passable.

I understand the age Ed. He's lasted longer than just about anybody else in the business. His last solo cd showed a little wear and tear but he still sounded great! I wish I could have seen them in the early 90's. I think he sounded the best then vocally.

Paul was/is one of the best in the business. Dio was the best I ever heard later in life. Right now I would give Robin Zander the vocal heavyweight championship.
