There are actually two days for midwives...today is International Day of the Midwife, then in October there's a National Midwives Day....I'll remind you about that one when the time gets closer.

That works too! I also love that you said "...when my wife delivered...." Too many people refer to the doctor or midwife delivering the baby....they don't, they just catch it....it's the mama that does all the work~she deserves all the credit!
