Son's just upgraded from a nice Les Paul to a Gibson SG...there's a difference when it's played at full volume....Gibson edges it but there again the guitars these guys have are in a different league...price and modification-wise!! Gary could play an entry level Fender and still make it sound great Very Happy

I have a nice cherry sunburst LP. Might take a pic of it tomorrow.
My mediocre playing doesn't do it any justice. Tell me this doesn't make you want a Les Paul Icon_wink

Just a beautiful guitar though.

That's the one we've got him for Christmas I think - looks like it's in need of a varnish. I've told him he must get a branding iron with Tommy Shaw on and burn it into the thing Very Happy
