Update on the Gator.
Those of you that were in the chat Saturday night already know this, but here's an update.....
Our beloved Gator was hospitalized last week with pneumonia. He went home from the hospital on Friday but, unfortunately he is not getting any better-in fact, he's getting worse. There is a good chance he'll be back in the hosptial soon. So, if you feel so inclined, please send him a "get well soon" PM, he'll appreciate it-he is checking PM's occasionally-more on MR than here.
Sheesh, the things that man will do for attention!!!!!

Re: Update on the Gator.
Feel better Gator
I was in the hosp a couple of weeks ago with pneumonia and it is not fun.
When you get home, no matter how good you feel (especially if you have been treated with steroids) it is important that you rest.

It's nice to have someone else, who KNOWS, back me up on that one!!!

Re: Update on the Gator.
Tell him to have someone check his place for mold. That crap even a small amount almost did me in last summer.Between pneumonia and the mold i was sick for 3 solid months. I actually thought i had TB at one point. We found some mold in the wall of my bathroom(underneath the paint layer, had some guys come in they treated the wall with some kind of acid and immeadiatly the next day no more cough and back on the road to recovery)

Re: Update on the Gator.
Haha!!! I would comment on the sponge bath thing but seriously, poor guy is SO sick right now he isn't even thinking about such things....that's how they know when he's well enough to go home-he starts flirting with the nurses.cat wrote:natalie wrote:cat wrote:Feel better Gator

Re: Update on the Gator.
No, Cat has a problem with the term "doctors orders". She has a problem with the word "order" in general. You can't use the word "suggestion" for Cat thinks thats part of a multiple choice option, upon which she does what she wants, whether it is good for her or not.
You know I be truthin' you now
c'mon in here slugger and let's duke it out

Well ....... I can't blame you for telling the truth.
It has also been suggested to me that one reason I am not married is that i would probably use the "'till death do us part" as an opt-out.
Oh, and by the way, I AM still here, much to the chagrin of some ..... hehehehe I just stay around out of spite.

For those of you that don't read at MR, Tim is back home now and feeling much better. I'm still on him about resting because I don't think he's going to do it but we'll see....I'm just glad he's coming around to his old self again!
Thanks to everyone for the well wishes!
