Blessed St Phyllis

I have had a revelation: Phyllis, aka blueskies, is a bona fide Saint.

No, no, wait! I'm serious! Think about it! She appears on MR, tells us we're all sinners, tells us she forgives us for making a martyr of her, and miraculously! everyone is in agreement with each other! People who can't stand each other, people who do nothing but bitch at each other, are suddenly united as one. She walks into a flame war, and it stops, instantly, so we can unite in telling her to fuck off.

Think about it.

Blueskies is not naive - she has been in enough dustups on MR to know exactly the reaction her post about not donating to MRFestII was going to provoke. It seems to me she enjoys the piling up and instigates it on purpose, as it gives her the opportunity to lecture so many with those sanctimonious words of wisdom. If she's doing it just to jerk everyone around and get a laugh at their reactions, she is quite ingenious, but if her martyr complex is for real, well, that is a bit freaky.

Oh I'd say she's definitely a martyr - she's so morally more evolved than the rest of us, you know!

Got to admit that her posts are quite entertaining. Well at least the responses anyway. I think she craves the abuse. She definitely has issues. I met her in FL with the others and know firsthand what a piece of work she is!

Excuse me, but we most CERTAINLY did!!! Outside before the show at the House of Blues, as well as several other occasions that night. Also I was in the room when you were plying Dean with gifts and cheap alcohol.

Anyone see the parallels with this classic situation:

Kid with rich parents in grade school who would always invite the whole class over for pizza, movies, and fun in the sun at his parent's private fenced-in pool. The same kid who would always take daddy's tickets to the baseball game and invite people who weren't even his friends to the game trying to buy their friendship. The same kid who would be upset when he didn't get invited to Popular Kid A's birthday party and got bitter about it?

EDIT: This witch seems to think that buying someone a cheap shit bottle of alcohol unsolicited should earn you friendship and respect for life, even if you are a repugnant revolting snagglepuss with a penchant for long-windedness that doesn't even have the good graces to adhere to the rules of proper spelling and grammar.
