For those interested, I thought it would be cool to post songs from some of the collaborations I've worked on over the years. I'll also post some newer songs/demos I've been working on. Hope you like them!

Not sure how many of you in here are fans of the band Crossfade, but I worked with Tony Byroads several years ago a week or two after he left the band. He sang mostly back-up for the band, but they had a strange/cool way of having him sing the main hook line of the songs. His voice contrasted nicely with Ed's. They were a huge act in the mid-2000's after having three big singles on the radio nationwide.

They're from here in Columbia, and the studio here called me up to see if I'd be willing/interested in working on original music with Tony. I worked on a couple of songs with him, and we finished one in the studio. It got radio play here, but without a label or a finished album, it went nowhere. Cool either way. I also helped produce the song as well as played on it. It was a cool experience. I was cleaning out a drawer in my studio and found the original studio version, and forgot how cool it was!

I'm going to upload it in a few and post it, but in the meantime... check them out. Here they are on Jimmy Kimmel. Tony is the one wearing the hat. He's ALWAYS wearing those hats. Laughing Laughing Here they are singing "Cold".

Here they are singing "So Far Away". I'm not normally into new rock, but I played the shit out of this whole album when it first came out. Hope you like it!

Here's a very cool acoustic version of "Cold". I almost think I like this even better than the original!

Here's a song I wrote many years ago. I worked on a 6 song demo cd With Doogie White (Cornerstone, Rainbow, etc...) and Paul Logue (Eden's Curse), and they liked this song and we decided to use it to demo to the record labels.

There really wasn't any interest from the labels in the project, but it was fun either way. Here's our version of my song "I'm Not Ready". I think it sounds pretty cool!

Laughing Laughing Uhm... no! Very Happy His son worked on guitars and drums for one of my songs, and Joe was supposed to sing backing vocals. 3 months later after he kept fucking with me on MR, I told him off and told him I was no longer interested in collaborating. He ranted "I can't believe you fired Joey". I said "I didn't... I fired YOU!". Laughing That's when I got the crazy-ass text messages saying "I will fucking DESTROY YOU!!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'VE FUCKED WITH!!!!!!!!! I JUST TALKED TO STEVE LUKATHER, AND HE IS NOT PLEASED. YOU ARE FINISHED!!!". Laughing Laughing Laughing

And yet in Andrew's eyes, I was the bad guy here. Laughing I felt bad for Joey. He was the innocent person in the middle, and seems like a great kid. I sent him a message apologizing for the whole situation, but I told him that I would not put up with his dad or anyone else talking to me the way he did. Joe's got some serious emotional issues going on, and I really think he needs professional help. Pretty sad. He does have a great voice.
