Concert ticket prices too high for this economy!!!!!
Styx/REO/.38 Special = $75 bucks?
They can go FUCK themselves!!!!!!!
$50 - MAYBE.
With service charges this washed up fest is almost $100 bucks a ticket. x2 if my wife goes. Sorry, but these bands tour every summer and I've seen them all multiple times. Same thing with Leppard/Poison/Cheap Trick.
These are shows I'd "like" to go to, but have just decided I can live without it. Same think last year when Boston/Styx was $100 a pop. Fuck them and their fake lineups.

Now HERE is a band that knows how to treat their fans::
No Doubt’s Sweet Deal: Buy a Concert Ticket, Get Their Entire Catalog
3/3/09, 4:13 pm EST

Just in case you needed a little extra incentive to buy tickets for No Doubt’s
upcoming reunion tour, the band has announced a special deal: they’re
giving away a free digital download of their entire catalog, from
1992’s No Doubt to 2003’s greatest hits comp The Singles,
to each person who purchases a full-priced ticket. “Since the band is
heading back to the road, we wanted to find a cool way to get people
listening to our music and stoke them with a great deal at the same
time,” guitarist Tom Dumont said in a statement. “With this download
it’s easy for fans to get psyched up to hear our music live once again
and that rocks.”
Included in the download is the band’s cover of Adam & The Ants’
“Stand and Deliver,” the band’s first post-reunion recording that’ll
make its debut when the band appears on the May 11th episode of Gossip Girl.
So why offer such an incredible deal? Maybe No Doubt are being
cautious with the recession expected to cripple the summer touring
season or maybe they’re rewarding their fans for their patience. Either
way, the digital download is a pretty awesome and generous move on the
part of Gwen Stefani and crew. There is a small catch, however: The
digital download only comes with the purchase of a full-priced, $42.50
ticket and not lower-tiered or lawn tickets.
The band launch their reunion tour with a May 2nd show at the
Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, before heading north on
the Garden State Parkway for their headlining slot at the Bamboozle
Festival. From there, the band flies back west before beginning the
bulk of their tour in Las Vegas on May 16th. Check out all the tour dates here, and for the full contents of the digital download being offered with tix, check below:

Re: Concert ticket prices too high for this economy!!!!!
I did purchase Springsteen tickets for May for $98 a pop, but he is freaking Springsteen. Also if the prices for the show go much higher on ebay I can make an amazing profit.
Shows still on my radar.
5/23 - Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers - 8x10 Club Baltimore $15
5/30 - M3 Festival - Columbia, Md (Ratt, Dokken Twisted Sister, Y&T, Kix, etc....)
$35 lawn, with 2 stages
