Samsung Delve - Brand new, never been activated.

My daughter bought this for herself, but when I went to Alltel yesterday to set it up and learned what the price of a Smartphone plan was?? HELL-TO-The-FUCK NO!!!! So if anyone is interested.....

I'm going to put it back up on Ebay in a few days - thought maybe I would ask around here first. She paid $228 - I would like to get close to that back for her.
