Woman Addicted To Plastic Surgery Disfigures Own Face By Injecting It With Cooking Oil


Korea (The Weekly Vice) -- Hang Mioku, a 48-year-old Korean woman with an addiction to plastic surgery has been left disfigured after injecting her face with cooking oil.
When Hang Mioku had her first plastic surgery at the age of 28, no one suspected it would lead to the horrific disfigurement that she has become her reality.
After her first procedure in Korea, Mioku became addicted and continued to return for more plastic surgery until Korean doctors refused to perform operations. Undaunted, Mioku moved to Japan, where she found a fresh crop of doctors that were willing to continue with her requests.
After multiple procedures, Mioku returned home, unrecognizable to her parents.
Knowing their daughter had become addicted, they sought out counseling for Mioku, but it wasn't long before she found another doctor who was willing to perform additional procedures. Reportedly, the doctor not only continued with the procedures, he provided her the silicone and syringes to help her self-inject.
When that supply ran out, Mioku took the most shocking step of her ordeal. She began injecting cooking oil into her face - causing her cheeks, neck and chin to balloon to over twice their normal size.
Korean television picked up the story, prompting viewers to donate money towards reversing the damage. She took advantage of the opportunity, using the money to have a quarter of a kilogram of mass removed from her face.

She kinda looks like the elephant man now....

That is such a horrible sickness ...... and the cooking oil can kill her

Same thing happened to Priscilla Presley - only she was injected with motor oil. And it could not just be "sucked out" - it had been injected into the tissue on her face and absorbed.

Lawyers are still dueling over this one I think.
